Refund policy

This Refund Policy describes how sportsballbox.com (the “Site” or “we”) provides refunds and exchanges for orders placed from the website.  

For orders that have been placed but not been fulfilled, you can requests a full refund by contacting us through email at admin@sportsballbox.com. 

Once your box is shipped, we do not offer refunds. However, once you receive a box, we have an exchange policy, as described below. 

Exchanges
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can contact us at admin@sportsballbox.com. Please include pictures of the defective or damaged item or items. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
