How does SportsBall work?

All you have to do is pick your subscription (either quarterly or annual), then every three months we will send you a hand-arranged box featuring officially licensed gear from a minor league baseball team. Which team? Every box is a surprise!


What will be in my box?

Every three months we choose a different MiLB team and include a hat, decal, souvenir and info card about a specific team. Which team? That's part of the fun - it'll be a surprise!

 

Can I send a box as a gift?

Absolutely! SportsBall is a great gift for any sports fan, hat junkie, or trendsetter you know! We’re sure whomever you gift this to will be stoked! When you check out, fill out your billing information, then at the bottom of that section, simply choose “Ship to a different address” and you can enter your gift recipient’s address.

 

When will I get my box?

We will bill you and ship your first box right away - you don’t have to wait long! After that, your boxes will ship every three months.

 

Can I subscribe if I live outside of the US?

Unfortunately at this point, SportsBall is not available for anyone outside of the US. However, we are working on this so that sports fans from across the world will have the change to become member!

 

How often/when will I be billed?

If you order the quarterly subscription, you will be billed when you first place your order, then again on the 5th three months later and so on. For instance, if you ordered the quarterly subscription on January 20, you will be billed that day and then again on April 5.

If you order the annual subscription, you will be billed for your first four boxes when you place your order. The next time you will be billed will be on the 5th 12 months later.

 

How do I change from quarterly to an annual subscription (or the reverse)?

If you want to change your subscription type, please contact us by email (admin@sportsballbox.com) and our customer care team will be more than happy to help you!

 

How do I change my credit card information or my shipping address?

You can update those in the My Account section or you can contact us by email.


My SporstBall box arrived damaged, incomplete or it didn’t arrive at all, what do I do?

Nothing sucks more than the letdown of a surprise! Please contact us by email and our customer care team will figure out a solution right away!

 

How do I cancel my subscription?

We’ll be sorry to see you go, but we’re happy to help you get your subscription cancelled. You can cancel from your account or you can contact us by email and our customer care team will help get your subscription cancelled.

Please note, that even after you cancel your account, you will still receive any boxes that you have already paid for. Boxes are billed on the 5th of each month. 

 

Are there special boxes part of my subscription?

Not right now, but that is the plan for the future! We are working on putting together some top-secret-hush-hush boxes for our members. When they do become available, they will not be part of the normal subscription and can always be purchased separately (don’t worry - shipping is included for those too!)

 

 I’m a blogger and would like to review SportsBall. How should we connect?

Sweet! We’d love to work with you. Just send us an email with a link to your blog and some info about you and your monthly readership. We will be in touch when a review spot opens up.

That’s great! We are always on the lookout for products that would be a great fit for our box. Contact us by email with lead times and pricing (if available) and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
